All JUNGSAEMMOOL products and orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.

All of our products are clearly stated with its respective expiry dates on the packaging. Upon opening, it’s recommended that the products be used within the shelf life as stated.

JUNGSAEMMOOL products are formulated to be suitable for a wide range of skin types and undergo safety testing to help ensure product compatibility and user confidence.

However, individual skin sensitivities may vary. If you have particularly sensitive skin or concerns about potential reactions, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.

All orders once successfully made cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded nor exchanged.

Delivery service is only available for valid residential and office addresses within HK and Macau. We reserve the right to decline delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

We offer free standard local shipping on all orders with purchases over $500.

HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$500. (Hong Kong)

HK$40 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$500. (Macau)

All local deliveries will be shipped within 7 working days upon confirmation. Kindly allow an additional 3-5 working days for orders made during peak/sale periods or public holidays.
